View footage in edit suite connected to a Video monitor to judge. Don’t judge what you see in the Cam LCD.

The 200 is a 1/3 CCD camera.
The 500 is a 2/3 CCD camera.

Generally jpeg is compressed and for delivery/web. Try using PICT/TARGA/TIFF/PNG versions.

What a pain, That doesn’t make sense if you re-installed the BMD after installing APP – you should see it there.
Maybe a call into BMD support will fix it?
