How did you burn the CD?
Sounds like you want a “Data CD” is that correct?You put the .mov file on there and a file/data?
Or do you want a Audio CD?

Your data rate is low for one thing.
Aim for Average bit rate: 25.0 Mbps for BD.Don’t know about FCPX.
The Adobe CS suite comes with Bluray Authoring, that is just one of several options for creating BD on Mac.
Compressor, which you might have.
Episode compression software.

Usually in these cases all you can do is EQ it to help some. You will not find a cure-all for the problem you have.

I think overall it’s great, it’s the new firewire, plug in and go.
The speed is amazing. I’m using TB on an iMac with out issue.
When I purchase another TB raid it will be a Pegasus most likely.Chris Tompkins

What are you exporting to?
What are you playing the file off of?A 10bit uncompressed HD file for example, will not play well off a single drive, you could experience lag in that case.

I would try that on one of them and see if things improve. But it might be the Adobe software is a bit old for 10.7
