This is very easy.

Put the track you’re going to shrink back/down on Track V2.
Put track to be revealed on Track V1.

Double click V2 vid and set keyframe for position and scale, move cursor
down 20 frames or 40 or whatever time you want the shrink to happen.

Scale down and position vid. This will create new keyframes for you auto.

I would suggest you read thru the manual as this is very basic stuff.

Use 24pA. That is the setting that will allow the removal of pulldown to get you to 23.98 when you ingest.

I just tried this with Exporting XML V.4 also.
Brought it back in new Proj. (FCP7though) Worked fine.

Maybe trying Exporting V.2, Have you tried that?

Do you have Compressor? You can convert it.

Also, no need to shut cam down when swapping cards.
Pull the full card out when the cam is writing to second card and swap.

Sorry, I miss-read.

Have you tried exporting “current settings” and then dropping that file in compressor to make your delivery clip?

Forget it man. That is horrible.

Lighting – really bad.
Green foreground on greenscreen – bad idea!

Rotoscoping in AE would be my suggestion.
Charge hourly.

Yes, send to AE with audio.
Consider this a scratch track you can use to line back up when back in FCP.

FCP does not like H.264
This is not an editing codec.
This has been covered SO many times on the COW.

Adobe Encore is your best bet if you want Menu navigation with Bluray.
Otherwise, you can burn a basic BD on Mac with Toast.
