OPen it up in PhotoShop, Make sure it’s not CMYK color space.
Save as PSD
Save as Tiff

You fail to mention what your sequence settings are?
What is your delivery?

You could set your sequence to 10 bit Uncompressed.
Re-render – Full, ALL.

Export using “Current Settings”

Then compress that master for delivery.

AJA has always cost more then BMD.
Quality wise, we can’t see a dif.

BMD does not play well with APP either. A bit disappointing.
We can only hope Adobe snaps to it for CS6
