Create Vimeo account in your name just for video previews.

Create your own website just for video previews.

Use “You send it” or “drop box” or others.

Change the sequence codec to prores422.
Render ALL/Full.

Export “Current Settings”

Drop that file into Compressor to create your DVD ready files.

I think Key Frames is where you want to change.
Use Make a key frame every 15 frames and try that.

The lower thirds are actually just grey and fade off.

Well, with mp4 you have to convert the footage to edit with it in FCP.
Have you looked into FCPX?

720p60 is really 30fps (29.97 stream)

You exported correctly. This issue I think is the quick cuts.
did you try deselecting Frame reordering?

That is what 25p looks like (or 24p)

Shoot 60i or 60p to avoid.
