Importing via Dynamic link when nothing happens, have you waited several minutes??? It might be so large a file(Comp) that it’ll take a few to bring it in… just a thought.

Is this when playing off the USB stick on the TV?
Progressive footage can look strobby like that.
The USB stick might NOT be able to playback that footage fast enough for smooth playback….

This should not be a problem. What are you shooting to?

Tape?
2 or 4 channels?

If you have 2 tracks of Audio in the sequence. They both play in both channels. If you mute the right channel – you will hear VO clean.
So, lower the level of track 2. Or PAN track one all the way left. (You have to go back out to tape?) And pan nat all the way right.

It’s NTSC Lower Fields SD.
Capture it as so.
Compress it as so.
Burn it to DVD as so.

Playback in DVD player – all is well.

Golf bag stays in the Hotel room. Only for travel day.
Great for sticks, light stand, bags, batts, cables.
Highly recommend it. Hard Shell with wheels.

Work on a Faster computer (Not your question)

The footage is interlaced. You are going to DVD. Capture it as interlaced is best.

Interlaced footage does not look great on a computer screen. It will look correct when playing the DVD on a TV.
