Creating a still from the footage
So I see making a still exports out away from the app.
Then you have to navigate to where you want it. Export. Then import into the proj.
Is there a way to make a still without leaving the program? drops in the browser or sequence?

No, its terrible to have to go through so many hoops to get ones frame into the project.
