If you have the original Camtasia capture files (not avi’s but proprietary) You can export from the Camtasia project to QT – FYI.
But, It helps to record the same screen size as your project. Small text and details will take a hit when going to video.
What are your Sequence settings?
What are you exporting to?You have screen captures and video edited together and are now exporting a finished master?

720 from you camera…???
Are you trying to state 720p HD? OR 720×486 SD?? Details are needed.
You need to look up some tutorials online on how to make a DVD.
IF you shot HD, then Edit HD.
Export using “Current Settings”
Take that file into compressor and choose a easy, ready for you, done already preset for making DVD files.Take those mpeg2 files into your DVD authoring program to build/create/burn your DVD.
Or are you wanting to make a Bluray disc?

Sounds like you were white balances for outdoors 56k, while shooting indoors or vice versa. More details please.
You can easily correct the color in post.
