    No menus or buttons

    I am using Encore for the first time. It is part of my Production Premium Suite. I have the discs and also installed from a download but when I open Encore I don’t have any menus or buttons etc in the drop down lists. Where do I get them? A tutorial said they were on the discs but how do I find and install them?
