For me, that TAB button has always made all the dialog boxes disappear (I’m talking about Photoshop CS)…

Unless I already had clicked on a dialog box and had to enter a setting manually then tabbed over to the next box.

Perhaps it was a custom setting?

You’re right… I didn’t have Illustrator open to double check that. Glad it solved your problem…

What are you doing? Why can’t you crop?

    What are your sequence settings?

Don’t know off the top of my head compatibility, but check out ClipWrap (a lot better than the Aimer crap). You can transcode 1 minute free.

    Good luck

Read the manuel… Version 6 of FCP came with tutorials (don’t know if FCP 7 does though).

To check settings right-click or control-click your footage and select clip settings. There you shall see. Post them here so we can tell you if you need to change anything.

    Also, post your sequence settings.

To re-size your stills you need something like Photoshop.

If you are only editing copy, just the file and the fonts. However since you are on PC, the fonts sent to you need to be PC compatible I believe.

Shouldn’t be a problem opening on a PC or Mac…

Can you upload a snap shot of your clip settings AND of your sequence settings? (shift-command-4) a file will appear on your desk top.

Your sequence settings have to match your video settings for it not to render.

The easiest way to do this (and if you are using the latest version of FCP) Make a new sequence and open it. Drag your Pro Res footage into the timeline, it will ask you if you want to change your sequence settings to match your footage. Say YES.

If this doesn’t work, let us know.
