Bob is right about keyframes in the motion tab, but when you use PZP there are no keyframes, BUT, I believe there’s a default hold of about 5-15 frames which you can turn off.

If some of the noise is in the clear, sample it in SountrackPro and try to remove it. Myself though, I’d try removing it with Bias Sounsoap.

This is one of the best ways to do this. FCP is NOT the right tool for this.

It can also be done in AE with the paint tools, but the above is much easier IMO.

Jeremy,

When you say SDI easy setup are you referring to the Kona control panel? If so, if I have my FCP capture setup to AJA 525 29.97 8bit uncompressed then it will go into my project correctly? There doen’t seem to be an SDI easy setup in FCP. Sorry, this is all new to me.
