BTW, don’t try to “key out” the markers. Prior to keying, you should make a garbage matte around your subject, as tight as possible, which will eliminate the markers and allow Keylight to work faster.

And by the way, both Grid and Radial Shadow are effects already in Premiere. I use grid only because it keeps my layer dimensions the same. Radial shadow places the stroke on the outside of the layer.

If the grid effect isn’t your cup of tea, how about using the radial shadow effect? Tick the resize layer box, turn the opacity to 100%, and place the light source in the center of your layer. Then adjust the projection distance for thickness. Simple – no need for plug-ins.

I would tend to think these audio fx are achieved using Audition or Soundforge, not Premiere. But I’m sure it can be done.

    Now, let’s staRT RUNNING! 🙂

You know what works great!? Post-Its! AE tracks squares nicely, and there’s no mess left on the expensive greenscreen. I typically use five around the actor. Any time the actor moves in front of a marker you will need to clean up in AE, but fairly simple roto work is worth the nice track. The only advice I can stress to you is to make sure you can ALWAYS see at least two markers at all times. This will ensure proper scale and rotation when tracking.

I use the grid effect in CS3, with good results.

    Example: on 720×480 footage

    Anchor: 716,480
    Size from: Width & Height
    Width: 640
    Height: 479
    Border: 20
    Blending mode: Normal

    Adjust the parameters to taste.

    Hmmm…

Are you talking about the reverb? Or do you like the split edit?

What does it look like if you apply the lens blur to a precomp of the foreground and background combined?

    Just a thought…

What if you disable the alpha channel and use the depth pass as a luminance matte?

Provide a link to something with the “cool audio fade” in it, so we can try to help you out. Or else be a great deal more specific in your description. The vagueness of your post is kind of amusing.
