How to embed on the COW… Top right hand corner in the video section (page where your clip is) there is a field that is named Embed copy and paste that code into the body of the message filed. Like so:

Thanks Johnny, I just got word from Eran Stern that he wants to do this one. I think he will do a great job of it. I am putting some final touches on the project file then passing it along to him. The neat thing about this one is that , I put together one comp that uses the bundled version of FreeForm (Digieffects FreeForm – created by us). It will serve as a bit of comparison between:

a)the bundled version of FreeForm
b)FreeForm V2 (not bundled) s- same features as bundled version but up to 8 times faster. No GPU dependency – available for Mac + WIN
c) FreeForm Pro, much faster than either of the 2 above and more feature rich. FF Pro is all GPU so demo first before you buy to make sure it works well on your set up.

Study the displace pre-comp + the Material properties in ShapeShifter AE. Also not the 3D Transparency settings.

On the Mac the GTX series by NVIDIA is the best bang for the buck right now. Get a card with as much VRAM as your budget will allow.

RAM and fast disk(s) help too – especially with 5.5 now that the AE team has changed the caching scheme fast disks help quite a bit.
