I use a 26″ Samsung LN-S2641D, which has a response time of 8ms. I don’t see the response time for the model your looking at, but it is important. A high ms number will give you trailing ghosts & blur. Mine is great since I do mostly 16:9 productions.

If your video is less than an hour long, use (bit rate) CBR of between 7,000,000 and 8,000,000. Some DVD set-top players have play back problems with high BR. AC3 5.1 audio takes less disk space than PCM audio.
To show 16:9, it’s best to shoot in 16:9, stay close to your subject, have lots of light, and keep focused.

Also to add to Edward’s comment…….the smaller the file, the lower the bitrate….the lower the quality.

I re-instaled V6.0d and said yes-replace all. No changes at all. Even Excalibur is still installed.

I realize these are the default, Track Noise Gate, Track EQ, Track Compressor
but, i cant find them by these names in the fx choices.
