Any SONY camera that shoots HDV (PAL 1080/50i)on MiniDV tape should work. It’s sometimes cheaper to rent or buy a camera to capture many tapes, than to pay someone to do it. I know, I’ve been there.

That’s true. I upgraded my Q9300 dual quad core by adding 4 more gig of ram to total 8, and I went from 32 bit Vista to 64 bit. Now my render times are 33% of what they were before.

found my answer on the Sony forum.
Cropping is a lot easier than you’re making it. Set your project properties to match the output. Open up the Pan/Crop window, right-mouse-button click inside the cropping frame, choose Match output aspect. That’s it; perfect match.Charlie

I had that happen to me yesterday when I put a 1200 dpi png on the timeline.

I did create a “preset” and can see it in vegas along with the 4 standard ones, “empty”, “centered”, “center baseline”, and “near baseline”.
I can NOT see it in the protitler menu of “collections” nor can I find a file on my computer so that I can copy it to another computer.
Are the “presets” on the left side of vegas different than the ones found in the black menu of “collections”? If so, spell out how to save the “collections” kind.

I have allready done this. I see the “Titler 1.0” folder with one “config.xml” file in it but no “collections” folder and no sign of the preset I made.
