Put video on time line.
move cursor to frame you want while viewing the preview window on computer screen.
click the save icon at the top of the preview window.
bring your still jpg into photoshop and deinterlace it.
you can make prints, but they are low res, so keep them small.
you may just want to make a still photo video montage with them.Charlie

also, if you have a large gap on ALL the tracks; you can set the in and out points of the gap then hit delete to remove the gap. Just remember if you don’t like the result, do a “Ctrl-Z” to undo the last action.

2 questions:
why not capture at full speed?
did you try to slide the audio to sync with the video?

and if you don’t like the wingding, then create a png file of an arrow in Photoshop and put that on a track above.
