Adding Drawing to Overlay Text Graphics
Is there a way to add, let’s say an arrow in a transparent text overlay, so that the arrow would point from the text words to the desired object in the picture?

Yes. Just use a “wingdings” font, pick an arrow character, and use Pan/Crop to rotate/position the arrow.

and if you don’t like the wingding, then create a png file of an arrow in Photoshop and put that on a track above.
