    Is there a program that I can put my basic 2d logo into and get a 3d logo that I can spin etc. easily

    Also many tv shows blur out moving faces, sports logos, and license plates. First how do I blur just a face or faces. Then how do I follow them, is there programs that I can us to achive this.

    2D to 3D can be done in Cool 3D Studio.

    Blurring faces is in Vol 1 #12 of my newsletters. To follow a moving face, you will need to have multiple keyframes that move the blurred area. Keyframes are described in Vol 2 #8.
