Thanks. Called the TV station and sent them an mp4 aka “.m2ts” format.

Thanks for helping me out. Broadcast colors simplifies getting this spot in shape.

Thanks. This is now the only place on the Internet where this secret information resides.

I ended up moving the clips to a fresh track and deleting the offending AB video track.

    Definitely something buggy.

    Thanks,

Sony released a new build a month or so ago that specifically addresses the audio/crashing issues with P2. All my problems went away.

This is very similar to what I have been experiencing with the audio. I would have to re-open, re-start dozens of times before it would render P2 without losing sync or crashing. Building proxies had no beneficial effect.

I was convinced my high-power system wasn’t up to snuff.

Thanks for turning me on to Graffiti — which I plan to get and learn. The key to this will be whether the bullet events can be easily positioned with the soundtrack.

  • I just re-read your post and realize that the numbers aren’t working. I went and tried myself and the “Location” feature is utterly meaningless. It appears the the X,Y specifies the center of the box which is useless.

  • In Titles & Test, there is a Location drop-down where you can specify exact location of the text box. The first number is the Y-axis. Simply make the Y-number consistent and all titles will be left aligned.

For the record, none of the options are great in Vegas for creating basic PowerPoint style titles and builds. The Legacy titler is the simplest, by choosing Top Left, Center Left or Bottom Left placement.

I have a similar question about Title Builds above.

I had the exact same problem with Vegas Pro 11 and NB Titler Pro. Upgraded my Nvidia driver to Beta 290.53 for Win 7 64-bit. So far, so good.
