You have the choice of 1080 X 1920 interlaced, or 720 progressive . . the 720p might be your best bet.

I’m not sure where the individual timeline files are located on my hard drive … sorry, but I am not in the least bit technical. Thanks, but where do I look for specific timelines on my hard drive?

Well, I highlight video layers and select “nest” … everyhing is now one track … great … but when I render it, the sequence goes black … why?

In premiere pro, select the Media Browser Panel and find the file and then import it to the Project Panel.

I would think that creating a new project, then copying and pasting from the old project into the new would do the trick.

I didn’t want to delete video . . . I wanted the title to slide off screen and reveal video, so I placed black under the title and above the video … thanx

As far as red frames go, the first thing I try is rebooting. If that does not work, then clear the scene on the timeline and lay it in again from the Project Panel.
