    capture will recognize two channels and call them 1 & 2 not L&R… I think.

    do you have spare hard drive space for compressor to work with? is it a powerbook? if so mine did that so much I got a new MBP.

    I believe you need a FW port to boot up FC on an external drive .

    your OS on a 30gig HD will leave only 19G of free space which FC or compressor will need to use temporarily and it might want even more.. at least I had problems awhile ago when my powerbook ran low on empty space. I might be wrong but I think the FC app and your OS should be on a larger drive?

    is that hd material? do you have enough drive space for 47 minutes? that file would be huge in HD.

    why do you de interlace please? my hockey stuff looks sharper if I send it interlaced when exported.
