    I use an external FW drive powered by the MBP.. it works great and I can plug in the drive on other powermac systems when I’m editing in house.

    10 Gigs left? I would say your drive is too full already. I suggest moving some big files off onto another drive to free up space.

    you need more free space on the macbook. try freeing up some HD space.

    you need to also download XDCAM Driver.. do a search here for the link.

    not sure about your camera model but for my Sony XDcam EX3 I had to download XDcam driver and transfer software… someone here posted the link if you do a search.

    use an external drive w/two or more FW ports then daisy chain your camera or whatever through that.

    your video is shot on 1080p but your sequence setting is 1080i aspect ratio, I’m no expert but shouldn’t they both be 1080p?
    your video loos great to me, maybe you watched it before fully processed by the host site?
    did I notice the slightest bit of lip flap in the first sound shot?
