Hey Man,
I’m looking in sequence settings and there is either:

HD (960×720) (16:9) or
HD (1280×1080) (16:9)

And is that the Apple Pro Res 422 (HQ) ?

Please excuse the mistake – Mac Pro is what I meant. It’s all current is the main theme, the actual question is with the footage info.

This does nothing, I don’t understand why a sequence in the same project is so different? All the ‘sequence settings’ are exactly the same. Anyone?

In ‘Sequence Settings” under “General?” and if they want it H.264 output, do I choose that in sequence settings or do I do that just when exporting it? Thanks for your help!

It could be a number of things – are you capturing from tape? Are you using a deck or a camera to capture? How much room is left on your hard drive? Are you capturing to an external drive or the internal? If it’s an external and a firewire, that’s probably the problem – they’re too slow. You also may need more RAM and to clean up your internal drive. Send more info and we’ll try to help!

Well it’s a bunch of different MP3’s, I’m adding things here and taking away there, lots of different MP3’s actually and not every photo will stay on screen for the same length of time. Someone on dvxuser said to do 1080 24P, is this the standard for this sort of thing?

Does this effect the quality of the video? I just imported the clips to an external hard drive – is this formatting thing something I can do in disk utility? Should I re-import this stuff or is it of the same quality? Thanks again!

awesome, thanks! what is “CMD 0”? And do you know what it should be set to for the sequence? 1080 30p or pro res or..?
