Thank you all. Graham was correct in assuming that I had not ‘selected’ the event. Once selected, all works fine.

    Thanks,
    Bob

Thank you Graham for your prompt reply. I will make sure it is selected next time. To be honest, I ‘thought’ I had selected it but now I can’t be positive!

    Thanks again,

Heard from website and there is a setting on your account page referring to “newby” posts…I may have spelled that incorrectly.

December 30, 2013 at 12:05 am in reply to: VST folder – where?

Thanks, John, for the response. These are the first VSTs on my system and the folder didn’t exist (until I made it). I had been searching all over “C” drive and couldn’t find it because it wasn’t there.

Sorry for the false alarm. Somehow my .dar file got corrupted. Rebuilt the project and all is well.

The “Configure FX Automation option” is the small icon directly below the red X that closes the plug-in window. Naturally, you have to add the elastique timestretch to the chain first.

Edit: Curiously, in 9e the plugin chooser is on the track header and when you choose elastique it will allow you to ‘configure’ as mentioned above. In 10e, if you choose the plugin chooser at the event level (at the end of the audio clip) it will NOT allow you to configure it. You must choose the plugin icon in your ‘mixer’ window to get to the configure option. Hope this helps.

    Alan,
Thanks for the emitters – it was worth the wait. I love the ‘pressure gage’.

    Francois,

Thanks for that information. I downloaded the new version, and followed the information on the genarts site and requested a new serial number. It was all very easy and painless. I installed it on Win7/64 and it is running great.
