    Seems to be in error with clip speed, frame blending and the transition/render. If I turn frame blending off for both clips the render is correct. With frame blending on, that’s when I see the render errors at the bottom of the frame during the transition (dissolve).

    Nope – perfectly clean render with uncompressed
    Breakup/tearing with prores!

    Boris says it’s an issue with final cut and apple is working on it.

    I’ve had this problem always with RED in FCP. I have to add 0.3 of BCC Blur to all my titles to get the “jaggies” to smooth out. Especially noticeable on the diagonals of the text or when using italics – annoying!

    Thanks for the confirmation, and Big Bummer! – I used that a lot in my day to day workflow. I Like the new speed functions, but not at the cost of previous functionality!
