Is there any video delay going through the IO for convertion? In my experience there has been a possible single frame delay going through an A to D, D to A converter.

This has been a major source of frustration for me as my Avid in the same setup was Rock-Solid with accuracy for 7 years!
I’m going to finally set aside some time for testing, and I’ll try to post my results.

Q-Rez is still not implemented in the current Kona2 diver (Vers 1.1). You might want to try some tests with the DV50 codec – small file size, very good picture quality. I use it for all my SD shows out to DigiBeta.
