also in your media tab you can click on the clip that you want to adjust then over in the inspector click media and under timing you can put at what point you want the clip to start.

If I remember correctly… Run Lola Run is a bit different. The movie starts stuff happens… and then it ends…. but then they start it over again if ONE thing happened different it goes from there. Then they start it over again and change one more thing and so on. It’s pretty much the same story over and over with a little more added every time. It follows only one character. So I don’t think it’s what your looking for but still an interesting watch.

also you can put your playhead where you want it to split and go up to EDIT… and then.. SPLIT.

two inputs… usb… flash card… all that you’ve mentioned. No built in mic but a simple recorder for work in the field.

You could also just make your final shape and then animate a mask to reveal it.

One way you could do this is in the arrange windown (the big main one) use the scissor tool to cut the area you want, then you can copy and paste that one section.

And amazingly clients still think it is your fault when they heard the final mix out of your studio sound GREAT! and good on one but bad on another…… we must have made a bad dub…. pshhhh.
