Grass field with wind/breeze
Hi Guys,
I have been going through these forums for a while now digging up information on AE. I want to create moving grass, I have searched here, but there is nothing that really explains in detail how to achieve the effect.
I basically want the grass to gently sway left to right like as if a breeze is going through it.
Can anyone please explain how this can be accomplished? I have access to AE, particular and CC hair.

Check out the DVD making it look great… i think its number 3. Good grass on there.

It’s an image there just to show you guys, but the water was done in after effects, so that is video. The rest is graphics.
The grass there however I want to get that moving like real grass. I can bring it in AE as a PSD file and hoping to make it work somehow.

I bet you could get some decent movement with the puppet tool, single blades of grass and particular, or lots of comp nesting..

Yea I just don’t the steps to do that, if someone could explain that would be appreciated.
