The only way to ‘fix’ this is to crop off 13 pixel top and bottom in the export settings.

Avi is but a wrapper whicht codec did you use.
And what are you going to do with this avi?

You need to make them yourself.
Select NTSC DV, then select the Video Codec and set it to H.264.
Now you can adjust the setting to your liking.

You can set your vertikal sequence up via Desktop.

First of all you need to set up everything properly
Your seqeunce is ntsc, your footage is pal and its quicktime and not avi. And i think it is set to 4:3 instead off widescreen.
So make your seqeunce match your footage and then look again.
