I suggest plastic surgery but apart from that After Effect will do a much better job.
Alas you cannot turn off the handles and path just to see the keyframes.

Under H264 format in the export settings you will find a ready made preset for the iPhone and it works just perfectly.

When you change settings to a hdv camera make sure you are not connected to the firewire. Premiere/windows will not see the changes.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnot.
If you have not use any new effects or features it can work, as you have experienced.
But theoretical Premiere is not downwards compatible.

I can reproduce it. I think its a bug. Workaround is not to use italic.

No. subclips do not have their own timecode.
Can’t remember how things were done in CS3.

Core2Duo is way underpowered for CS5 and avchd.

Why don’t you do the keying in AE also?
mpeg4 is not a very good choice, try uncompressed.
