    I could almost swear that in CS4 and earlier, if you made a subclip from a master clip, that subclip would display it’s own relative timecode when loaded into the Source monitor. I’ve just created a load of subclips, and when loaded into the Source monitor, the left Timecode display shows the subclip’s timecode relative to the master clip it belongs to, and the right timecode display simply shows the length of the subclip.

    No. subclips do not have their own timecode.
    Can’t remember how things were done in CS3.

    Yep…I still have one machine with CS4 on it, and tried it out. No individual timecode. I guess I dreamed it.

    Getting old sucks, except for perhaps the senior citizen discount aspect.
