Add still to project used to be in Premiere, i mis it too.

For the freeze frame. If its the first of last frame you want to freeze i cut the first or last frame off and strecht it with the strecht tool to the desired lenght.
If its a frame in the middle i use the same technique as describe before. I cut the clip.
Or you can place an unnummered marker and use Frame Hold.———————————————–

Right click on the grafics and uncheck Scale to frame size if its checked. Also check the Preferences is Default Scale to Frame Size.
In the Source monitor the grafic will always show at 100%, in the Program monitor it will show the dimension it has taken on in the timeline.———————————————–

Cut of the last frame of the slowing down clip.
Make a Hold Frame and stretch it with the stretch tool.
Add a dissolve or keyframe the opacity.———————————————–

Select all the stills in the Project bin and go to Clip – Speed/Duration. Set the desired Duration for the stills.

You could set the keyframes just infront of the dissolve, see how that looks. then move them into the dissolve or
move the clip a track higher and extend it to the length with the handles, set keyframes, see how that looks, drop it back inline and add the cross dissolve.———————————————–

Uncheck Pin to Clip in the wing menu of the Source Monitor. That will give you room to adjust the keyframes in the Source Monitor.
