How Can I Add A Highlite To An Area Of My Clip
I need to add a circle highlite to the first few ceconds of some sports clips. It will show the player the video is about. I would like the outside area to be a little darker, the circle normal so it will draw your attection. I have a trial of Premiere 5.5, I now use CD3. Could someone please tell me the steps to do this. I have to get this done tonight with or without the effect. I have been googleing for hours. Also no real answer in the Adobe forum. Please can you help me? Thanks
