No that is not what i am saying.
Im saying its due to the dv codec and your text is too small.
To be able to see/project the text properly font size should be no less than 20 pixels, maybe more.

In the Source Tab of the export settings you have the option to set the Source Range to Entire Sequence, Work Area or Custom.
And several other options to set the duration.
If you choose Entire Sequence is does not matter where the WAB is set to.

Nope, you need the Premiere version of those plugins.
Also these plugins contain much more then the one which came with Studio.
