    This is called picture in picture (loads of them in Youtube)
    There are many ways to do this:
    animate the picture superimposed over the video
    Use animated track mattes.

    The warp stabilizer can perform wonders it cannot perform miracles.
    Most but not all clips are suited for the warp. Heavy motion for instance.

    You need to select V2 in the track selection.

    If you want to paste on the same track you will have to select V2 and deselect V1.

    H.264 is better. And Yes Premiere has a BluRay preset for H.264.

    The warp does not work on an adjustment layer, it needs to be on the clip itself. Try it.

    You need to start each one but you can do that one after another.

    No, but you can still scroll with the mouse over the sequence tabs in the timeline to switch between sequences.
