Natively, no. Avid does have a Quicktime codec for DNxHD available here https://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/Download/en392959
You’ll need to rewrap your MXF files to Quicktime to avoid reencoding them. I would imagine that Avid has a command for this (Avid is a decent sized hole in my knowledge). FFMPEG and FFMBC can rewrap video, but freak out over AAF audio.

November 23, 2012 at 7:52 am in reply to: Big Colour shift when Exporting to qt/mp4 H264 in Premier Pro CS6There are two main definitions of the Quicktime gamma bug:
The first is a display difference between Quicktime and most other video players including from within Premiere and Final Cut. This can be remedied by screwing around with Quicktime specific metadata. Not really codec specific… Quicktime just isn’t the greatest video viewer.
The second is a specific bug with h.264 encoding with Quicktime that burns in (permanently adjusts) a gamma/contrast shift (caused by 8×8 DCT when encoding in the Main level profile, IIRC). https://vitrolite.wordpress.com/2010/12/31/quicktime_gamma_bug/ points out that you can install x264 as a Quicktime codec to avoid the problem with some optimized settings. https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/20/862173 for a little further reading
Alternately, you can stick with the same encoder but you can preemptively add an adjustment before exporting. I have a LUT for that adjustment. Go to my website, look for my contact info, and send me an email. If you have Speedgrade, it should have also installed with a Quicktime LUT you can apply in Premiere CS6.

This is a preference in Premiere. I am not at my workstation but I believe it’s called something along the lines of “play work area after render” you’ll want to turn it off. Alternately, there may be a setting for it in the sequence menu.

The sliding bar above the timeline helps select your work area. Adjust as needed.
“Render entire work area” does just that, it doesn’t render the entire timeline.
I hope I’m not misinterpreting you, if I am then it may be worth posting a screenshot.

Almong with Al’s suggestion, look at things like SATA level in Bios, CPP throttling/overclocking, and RAM voltage.

Seems like the best answer, if you want to retain the editability of RED footage in Resolve, is to export an XML for an expanded timeline with all the speed ramping removed and then reappy it in Resolve or later back in Premiere. It’s some manual labor… but sometimes things like that need to get done.

You’re using Particular? What are your settings? I would turn off/down to zero stuff like velocity randomness, air turbulence, etc, as these can all affect the “true” path of particles.
*EDIT* Re-reading, you want what you see in the example? Then I would play with, rather than turn down, the settings I mentioned.
