There’s a do not allow ads option in your manage account settings, but my hunch is that your videos are magically going to stop being recommended if you select that.

I use Atomos Shogun Infernos in all my medical video productions, which quite honestly is not that different from what you are doing. Great quality, HDMI and HD-SDI.

I didn’t think Amazon ad portal accepted 4K video, but I haven’t worked with it in quite some time.

File Size is a direct result of bitrate and duration and other factors such as frame rate. It’s math and you can predict your file size. In this case, variable bit rate made your file size lower than it would be with a constant 15mbps. You can bring down the target bitrate if you need a smaller file.

I own several FS7 and have never had an overheating problem even when running them for long periods of time with all sorts of accessories and externals. Also, the heat required to screw with an XQD card is something I’m not even sure the FS7 would be capable of. My Atomos external monitor gets hotter than the Sony, and even that is not too hot. I know for a fact (per manufacturer) that SD cards from Sony A7 series photography cameras cannot be recovered when formatted, so I assume its similar for the pro video line. For important shoots, one can record on camera and with an Atomos, a redundant system which eliminates the horrors if someone accidentally formats Sony slot A instead of B in shoots that run long.

your specs are at the absolute minimum of the Adobe requirements, so while it may run, I’d expect some sluggishness.

You can also use the pitch changer in Audition, but too much adjustment here and you’ll lose the realism of the voice.

These are called plosives and you can lessen them with EQ and volume changes around the affected area or, if using Audition, you could apply the FFT filter to the area of concern and dial in the settings.
