    Media Encoder preset Uploading Video to Amazon Ad portal

    Does anybody know the exact setting in AME for uploading to Amazon’s Ad portal?

    We have standard 4k .mov files that we have no problem uploading to Facebook and other platforms.

    I didn’t think Amazon ad portal accepted 4K video, but I haven’t worked with it in quite some time.
