Filed my request thanks.
What can you tell me about the new media manage changes in the CC version?
Did you put in transcoding to another codec as a option when media managing?
This is a huge show stopper for all our show media manages when we switched to an XDCAM workflow to save space throughout our post process. If we can’t trim our projects down, we are eating up huge amounts of drive space and LTO space because Premiere media manages the entire project.
If you have any tips or suggestions, I’m open to anything which will help solve the issue.

There is a way to install Windows on the 3TB, but the approach is not supported by Apple. Make sure you have backups before attempting this. Here is a link to the process. ( https://dice.neko-san.net/2012/12/how-to-install-boot-camp-on-a-3tb-fusion-drive-mac/)
It is great to now have huge internal drives, but some of the options for users are getting left behind due to formatting limitations. Hope Apple brings out a Bootcamp update to handle this for the large drive.

Thanks Tom. You jarred my memory on the project and a small part of it was XML’d from an FCP feature that was MM’d. I think one of the audio SFX clips was a nested mixed down. Maybe Premiere has an issue with it from the XML? I’ll see if we can export those features and re-import the flattens and try media managing again.
Do you know where Adobe PPRO keeps its error log file? From my pic you can see there is a huge file path and the error only shows part of it. I’d like to see the full error path so I can drill down to the problem.

AJA has not “officially” released their CS6 drivers. Unless any beta testers want to chime in, it is a wait and see till they release them.

Here is a good article to read up on at adobe’s site:
All your settings look correct, but I’m not sure if the size issue you mentioned above could be the problem. Did you try forcing After Effects to make your comp size 720X576 and export a test?
Since you are doing lower field selection in Premiere, can you also change your field selection in After Effects to lower and re-export to test if it plays fine? You change this selection in your first AFX picture above under “Field Render” and choose lower.
Have you tried exporting all your animations as Progressive to see if you get the interlacing problem?
Another thing to check is how after effects is interpreting the footage. Right click on one of your video clips in AFX and choose interpret footage main. Check that your separate fields is checked as lower.

Check your workflow. They can all be .mov files, but how you export them out of after effects needs to be the same. Make sure you exporting the exact same settings of each comp. Check that your fields are all set to the same setting. If they are not, that could be the reason you get the “strobing” of fields or shades as you call them.
Maybe give an example of how you are taking a clip through your work flow to get to premiere. List out all your settings and maybe a detail will jump out to help you solve this issue.
Also, when you export out of premiere make sure your settings are the same as your after effects exports.
for example, if you choose a youtube preset in adobe media encoder, it defaults to 24 fps as a default. You need to change this to match your animations out of after effects. Maybe you are doing 29.97 frame rate.Andy Edwards

Looks like you are having interlace or fielding issues. Check to make sure you are consistent with all your media being the same upper field (if all HD frame sizes) or lower field( if standard def sizes).

Those are the standard presets for “Quicktime.” You can customize the preset to make it HD by going to the video tab once you have chosen an NTSC preset. Choose your HD format codec and audio options, save it and it will show up the next time you choose quicktime.
I have not seen the video you talked about above, but maybe he chose an MPEG2, H.264 or P2Movie export format? Those choices have a ton of presets in the pull down menu.
