Use the Pen tool to create a mask on an adjustment layer with a hue and saturation effects applied to it. If you need to animate the mask shape, Hit “M” and set the stop watch for the mask shape and change it as needed. You can’t really add extra points when animating so add enough in the beginning before animating.

Add a “save as” to the action before processing and it will save the export settings. Make sure you designate the location.
I just learned about the script for image processing and it’s pretty great. Make sure you go through all the setting in the script and it should work correctly.

Try changing the axis mode next to the tool bar on the right. See if this solves your problem.
