I want to run a batch conversion of an entire folder of pics to resize to 358×269 and save in a new folder.

    I have photoshop cs2.

I see the automate and scripting features, but cant seem to figure it out.

    any suggestions

    thanks..thats just what i was looking for…

one thing though…it pops up an “ok” gui that i have to accept before it goes on to each pic.

is there a way to make it roll through all the pics in the folder without having to click ok?

There is a MUCH easier way…

Look up Image processor in the Scripts (or auutomate.. it’s early menu)

I tried to run the Image Processor. I created the new script like Andrew mentioned…in Andrews way, I had to click ok after each picture.

    Using the Image processor:
I set up the from and to folders,
    selected the script I created,
    clicked run,
It prompted me to select the pics from the folder,
    I selected all and ok.
It opens them up, then does nothing.

Is there a step Im missing?

How do I get Image to run and save, or the Andrews Batch to run without having to click next?

    I have CS2

Add a “save as” to the action before processing and it will save the export settings. Make sure you designate the location.

I just learned about the script for image processing and it’s pretty great. Make sure you go through all the setting in the script and it should work correctly.

    Best,
