hmmm….
I think this means that Matrox/Adobe software encoding strips the CC in the VITC…
did you do any cropping?

Clip Keyframes should be used to make localized changes to clips when will move with the clip…
Track Mixing should really be done at a final stage after elements are placed to avoid the exact problems you are having…

why would having the app strectched across 2 monitors…causing a check box in a seperate dialog not be considered a bug?
seems like a bug to me….not an obvious thing I’d find in the manual…
oh here it is on pg 157….
“to enable the number stills option please reduce the adobe host applicaton window to a single monitor and try moving it from one monitor to the other”
makes perfect sense 😉

Your best bet is to export from something else…
My guess is After Effects…
I know you can see the axio codecs there…
the question is if it can read a SWF file…

Hi…
is the element on V2 Keyed or does it have an alpha channel?
Or are both clips full screen with no Alpha.
If this is the case, lowering the opacity of V2 will only make V1 partially visible and even if it’s the same shot, it will look semi opaque in the differnece areas.

Hi Guys…
I’m just talking about being able to adjust the monitoring level when a clip is playing back from the source viewer. If you don’t have premiere running through an external mixer or your audio monitors volume control is not directly within reach, sometimes you can get blasted and you can’t do too much about it.
I don’t want to change the actual amplitude of the waveform…I just don’t want to listen to it as loud.
Premeiere’s Master level on the mixer is a good work around for the Record side (seqeunce) but it has no impact on the source side. (I’d still prefer a general and seperate way to adjust the level I’m hearing in software vs the actual level being generated by the source or sequence.
