Can you test the clone drive on another Mac?
This would be definitive, as otherwise the clone would display via your current OS.
I would run DiskWarrior to fix your directories.Cheers

Try running from “DiskWarrior”, it is the best app for fixing the directories.

Which version of FCP?
V 6 will ask if you want the T-L set to match the media. You’ll be able to go (or not) from there!Cheers
