Vegas Pro contains Batch Render script (Tools > Scripting), which can render current project to multiple formats (using selected render templates). Is this what you are looking for?

Hi Brett! Another tool that can do what you need is Replace Media from Vegasaur toolkit. It supports subfolders and allows you to exchange the proxy for the HD version with one click.

Set the audio level of audio track #3 to 0 db and mute it.
(Do not use -Inf for audio tracks in Vegas 9.0) -
To reset all customized hotkeys you must remove keyboard.ini file
(open Windows Explorer, enter %APPDATA%\Sony\Vegas Pro\9.0\ and press Enter) -
Right-click on the event and choose Group>Select All. This will select all events in the same group.

Just select them and press G (or Edit>Group>Create New)

1) It seems that Vegas supports MPO format only from Sony cameras. In this case you can use “Pair with next stream” stereo 3D option. If your .mpo files are from Fuji then you can convert them to JPS format, which Vegas supports and use “Side by side (full)” option. For converting you can use MPO2JPS utility from MPO Toolbox (it’s free)
2) Afaik, there is no way to set media properties for multiple files in Vegas, except for the use of scripts (scripts can be used only in Pro version). For quickly changing stereoscopic 3D properties of multiple media files you can try Quick Properties extension from Vegasaur toolkit (it’s not free, but it has free 30 days trial period).
