If I remember correctly, the wall was done in a 3D program (Maya I think). Why not visit the website that is shown in that clip? https://www.ahmad.tv

They both work for me — make the emitter line longer and let the project go longer than 120 frames. You’ll see the vines.

This really seems like a Swish issue — don’t know if anybody here uses the program. You should find a Swish forum for this.

I thought that the 9800 does have accumulation buffer support? It does on the Mac. You’re not running pIllusion with software rendering, are you? Check this in the OpenGL page of the Preferences dialog.

While there, also see what the OpenGL info window says (bottom of the OpenGL prefs page) for accumulation buffer.

What do you have the motion blur “extra frames” setting to something reasonable like “3”. If you have it set too high, the “artifact” problem will be worse.

What video card do you have?

    Windows or Mac?

HQ motion blur uses the OpenGL accumulation buffer which is not supported by all video cards. It may be that you need to update your video drivers (if Windows) or that your hardware just does not support it.

There are no special qualifications for upgrades, only that we have record of your original purchase.

    This page lists the differences:
    https://www.wondertouch.com/se_info.asp

Also, look at the bottom of this page:
    https://www.wondertouch.com/pi3_osx.asp

No, SE can’t do the “disintegrate” effect. That’s a 3.0 feature.

We need to verify upgrade qualifications, so you need to contact us first.

December 10, 2005 at 1:34 am in reply to: Animation Loop Render Help

I think it’s because when you render in pIllusion with alpha channel, it only creates an alpha channel for the particles, not for the background image.

So your resulting PNG has non-zero alpha only where the particles are.

I’m not sure how to get around this — any ideas?

Depending on the visual depth, you’ll need a few copies of the flame emitter. The one in front needs to be zoomed larger, the one in back is zoomed smaller, and the sides are somewhere in between.
