The order should not matter. In other words, if you key it out, when you go to track it, you should still see the unkeyed footage, since it opens a layer window for tracking.
However, if that makes you uncomfortable, track it first. Once tracked, you can just key it out. It won’t effect the track.
In the past I worked with Chroma Green BG’s and then Dark green + marks on the walls, and this all worked fine. tracking should be even easier with yellows on green, though keying may be harder since you now have 2 colors you’re excluding (possibly more holes in the footage than you want).

forgot to mention – you can also compress to FLV using Adobe Folash Encoder – but it does not create a the FLV player for you – so you have to use the methods I mentioned for that.

Squeeze should come with an FLV player – however, if not – you can grab this one free:

However, all of that said, you will need to create an FLV player for your flash video. This is a specialized SWF file that loads and plays the FLV Video. This can be done in one of several ways:
After VCideo is compressed:
1. In FLash using the FLV playback components (No scripting knowledge required)
2. Designing your own components in Flash, and using ActionScript to make the buttons work.
3. Use a pre-made player (such as the one found at AFcomponents.com) to load and play the FLV on your site.All 3 methods require that you user flash to create the player
But if you are doing it before compressing, you have a few more options:
1. Compressing in squeeze or Flix Pro, and setting it to use a player.
– In squeeze, set it to swf and then in the player settings, set it to linked FLV file (so it makes an SWF player that loads the FLV)
2. Encode the video in flash, and add player controls as mentioned above (#’s 1-3)If you find this confusing – you’re not alone. Yup – that;’s the way to do it.
Create a composition that has a width to height ratio of 2:1 (2x as wide as it is tall)
Set up your 2 arrows – each one being a bout half as wide as the comp – in other words so that together the horizontally fill the comp, with some space between them.
Take this comp and nest it into another comp.
In the new comp, select the nested comp (Arrows) and choose Effect > Perspective > CC Cylinder – then play with the rotation until you have it set up the way you want it.
