white noise footage etc.
I used to have had short clips of white noise and other film and video disturbances but I have sadly misplaced it and cannot even remember how I got it or where. Does anyone know where I can get such clips? They are more useful than most effects.

Andrew Kramer may have some stuff on https://www.videocopilot.net/ – in fact I think he has TV noise in both Video Streams HD and also in Riot Gear.
You can of course create TV noise in AE via: Effect > Noise and Grain > Noise
