um………why would you NOT want the audio waveform?

also, if you be storing your media files on your desktop, that might not be as efficient as storing them on a separate drive – ie slower performance, IMHO

having said that, if memory serves, I had to write text in notepad, then copy / paste into text editor of Vegas………

have used Farsi in it without any hassles. Just a matter of having right font installed and off you go, IME

ok, read in manual that i need to set project media manually to 16×9. doesn’t make sense that i should have to do that with each clip

what am I doing wrong? prob very simple issue, but was up until 5am trying to get deck to work

well, have tried the following:

– diff firewire cables
– diff PCs
– v5 & v7

but no change. PCs aren’t seeing the deck.

So, I tried running the firewire into my PD150 – no problem. J30 outputs perfectly.

also tried, just in case, PD150 into PC, and capture works fine.

any ideas? 🙁
