If your computer is fast enough, there shouldn’t be a capturing 90 minutes is one shot. I prefer to break my clips into 2GB files using ScLive, but that is my preference. .

Actually, there are a couple of filters you can use. A good one is DeHummer. But, for extensive noise reduction, I would consider doing it in Audition.

There are a variety of them. Canopus Procoder, DVD2AVI, “I’mTooDVDRipper” are only a few of them.

Considering that MPEG2 is highly compressed, you won’t be seeing a tremendous quality difference between your original video and your finished video. Premiere Pro does cannot successfully convert video to NTSC or PAL. The best thing would be to export an AVI file from your project and use Canopus Procoder or River Past Video Convertor to convert the PAL video to NTSC. After that is done, import your file in an Encore NTSC project and you should be fine.

Hmm…Are your cameras connected to something else other than the computer? Also, are the cameras in VCR mode?

That would be the best thing to do. But, before re-installing insert your Premiere Pro disc and try to loacte the DLL file and replace it with the file on your system. Might work or it might not.
