What about the computer situation? Is this project over a network or one computer?
Either way, what I would do is create a copy of the project and split the sequences as you described above.

Looks like a WMP bug, rather than a Premiere issue. Have you tried re-installing WMP? Any other codec packs installed on your system?

They are working on the EXACT SAME THING at the same time or on different segments at the same time? Are they using different workstations? You have to provide us with a little more info.

Since, Adobe is technically offering Elements as NTSC and PAL versions, I think it wouldn’t be possible to import PAL footage into an NTSC project or vice-versa.

What kind of problems are you having? If your unit is still under warranty, demand a new unit or a tray. The replaced my R200 with a new “revision” and did not have the tray loading problem.

How bad are they? and also depends on the situation. You can probably trick the viewer and repeat one of the prior non-flickering frames.

Can you give us the encoding parameters of the WMV file? Looks like the file might be a little too big and hence the delay.
